Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is a Hollywood writer and actor who's talent has brought her recognition and critical acclaim. Sagittarius, she was born in North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She's one of the three oldest children to Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a paratrooper. She has English and Scottish ancestry. Moore's dad moved around a lot because of his work. It was it difficult for her to meet and keep friendships. Moore's family moved from the United States to Germany and she went to Frankfurt American High School, where her first acting roles were on stage in the stage. When she completed her B.F.A. from Boston University in 1983, Moore continued to pursue further training. In 1983 she graduated with the degree of B.F.A. Moore is a theater graduate who attended the college at the time of her graduation in New York and started her profession as an off-Broadway actor when she moved into New York. Moore first appeared on the episode The Edge of Night, that aired on TV in 1985. It was in 1986 that she took on the role of Sabrina Hughes (Frannnie) and Frannie Hughes (Sabrina Hughes). The show became her first major break. In 1988, she played an actor in the show, and won the Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990 her first appearance as an actress on Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. Later she called it an low-budget film. Short Cuts (1997) and 3 Women (1993), each Robert Altman productions, were her debut films. The actress received a number of nominations, and received praise for her debut film. Moore played her first big role in Safe, a 1995 film. Steven Spielberg's casting of Moore as the lead in Jurassic Park: The Lost World which was one of the highest grossing films from 1997, marked a major change in her career. She received an SAG nomination in 1999 for the role she performed in Magnolia, a critically acclaimed film. The Hours, a 2002 film in which she co-starred with Nicole Kidman and Meryl Strreep received nominations for nine Academy Awards. Moore was also featured in The Forgotten 2004, Freedomland, Shelter and Shelter 2010. Non-Stop, a film that she starred in, was released. Moore has been featured in many films and TV shows. In the most recent, she appeared in the role of the main character in You Finish Saving The World (2022). She has established her career in Hollywood and is an author of children's books that is successful. The first book she published was Freckleface Strawberry (2007) and became an N.Y.T. bestseller. The bestseller was later made into a movie, a series, and even a musical. She also published My Mom is a Foreigner in 2013. Moore is a successful writer and actress. Moore's personal life therefore, falls under the realm of the public domain. She got married to John Robin in 1984 and they divorced in 1995. They have two children together and a son with Bart Freundlich whom she later got married in 2003. Moore's work, friendships and family are among the most important aspects of her life.
